FLAVORED AND EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

An excellent aromatic complement to enhance your cooking recipes flavor. This is a balanced Extra Virgin Olive Oil; a blend of the Picual, Picuda, and Hojiblanca varieties, from Priego de Córdoba and Granada mountains regions.

The black truffle variety is ideal for rice dishes, egg dishes, and seasoning game meat, lamb, beef, and grilled fish.

The lemon variety is especially suitable for dressing salads, fish, especially raw or marinated, as well as fish stews.

The cinnamon variety is especially suitable for traditional desserts, cakes, French toast, olive oil cakes, and also for making succulent sauces for chicken, turkey, or pork tenderloin.

The chile variety is a robust and spicy condiment, ideal for enriching all kinds of recipes, especially cold dishes. It can also be used in hot dishes by sprinkling a little on top at the end of cooking, thus enhancing its qualities and flavor. This variety is ideal for red meats, mushrooms, rice, and pasta. A spicy touch for the most adventurous.

The garlic variety is especially suitable for pasta, meats, shrimp, salads, gazpacho, and salmorejo; or simply enjoyed on a slice of bread.
